• - any modifications to banners and pictures require authorization by www.sinteque.com
• - copyright on all supplied promotional material ( text, banners and pictures ) is retained by www.sinteque.com
• - For the duration of participation in the affiliate program www.sinteque.com grants the participating webmaster usage of the promotional material for the purpose of advertising the affiliate program on the website of the participating webmaster.
• - any other usage of the promotional material as well as passing it on to others is prohibited.
• - after ending the participation in the affiliate program all promotional material has to be removed from the website of the participating webmaster.

www.sinteque.com can not be held liable for damage caused by the affiliate program.

• - www.sinteque.com reserves the the right to change these terms if necessary.
• - the participating webmaster can object to this change in a timeframe of 30 days via email and is then required to cancel his participation in the affiliate program of www.sinteque.com
• - if no objections are sent after 30 days the terms are considered accepted.
